A free Parent/Infant Program is available year-round for families of babies and young children (0 - 3 years of age) with hearing losses who live in Southern California.

When parents first learn that their child is deaf, they may be overwhelmed with concerns and questions. This program lets parents know how they can help their baby immediately.
