• For all student pictures, video and artwork to be displayed on the John Tracy Clinic web site parents have signed a media release form. All permissions have been checked for posted pictures and videos.  Parent permission is required for a student's picture to be included on the school's web site. Individual student information is not published and no student names are associated with pictures.
