Two-Year Option - Online:
• For working teachers
• Requires current employment as a teacher in a “Center of Excellence” as outlined in the Alexander Graham Bell Association’s “Components of a Quality Auditory-Oral Program”
• Two summer residencies of 4-5 weeks each at John Tracy Clinic in Los Angeles
• Field supervision by qualified auditory-verbal personnel
• Fully accredited Master’s Degree and California Teaching Credential
• Extensive experience with children who use cochlear implants
• Opportunities in inclusive educational settings
• Practicum rotations in:

o Transdisciplinary approach
o Auditory-Verbal Therapy, including Tele-therapy
o Parent-infant sessions
o Preschool classrooms using listening and spoken language
o Elementary classrooms using listening and spoken language
o Inclusive/mainstream settings
o Itinerant settings
o Parent education workshops
o Parent support groups
